We suggest an ideal path that unfolds in two areas: the indoor area built with local stone and
the outdoor area with breathtaking views. It begins with the Biosauna, equipped with an infrared ray heating system. Its temperature is ideal, not exceeding 60 degrees, making the treatment much more pleasant than traditional Finnish saunas with much higher temperatures.

The relaxing effect of the Biosauna is enhanced by the captivating LED lights,
promoting relaxation through Chromotherapy.

To fully enjoy the beneficial effects of the sauna, we recommend continuing with the Emotional Shower, where the benefits of Chromotherapy are combined with Aromatherapy and Hydrotherapy.
The vaporization of micro-particles of cold water tones and revitalizes the tissues, stimulating blood circulation.

The journey continues with the Turkish Bath, where a play of lights and diffused steam provide various advantages. Thanks to the dilation of pores and sweating, the skin is deeply cleansed,
aiding in the elimination of toxic substances such as nicotine, cholesterol, sodium, or alcohol.

We suggest utilizing the cold water jets in the sauna to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

The indoor journey concludes with immersion in the whirlpool bath. The tub is equipped with 56 water jets and nozzles that promote relaxation in the lumbar area and soothe the legs. The warm whirlpool bath rejuvenates the body and relieves tension. The water pressure facilitates fluid drainage, while the temperature, ranging from 37 to 38 degrees, has a decontracting effect.

Finally, on the outdoor terrace, there is another anatomical tub from which you can enjoy
the enchanting view of the sky and the landscapes of Monaco.
